Where's the truth in you getting locked in a cell with Stapp?
My guess, they would see you as being a danger to his safety, and leave you in one of the cells.

If I was there with the guys I would be like ok lock me and Scott Stapp in one and Mark, Flip, and Bret in another cell. If ya hear some noise comeing from mine and Scott's cell don't come a knocking. Oh course with my luck this would never happen.
